We are proud to announce that the extension phase of our factory in the North of Vietnam has begun.
As of 2027 we plan to achieve an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.
Acacia wood is unloaded from trucks and loaded on conveyor belts to either debark or grinding machines to be transformed into wood chips before being processed into wood pellets.
OUR NORTHERN WOOD PELLETS FACTORY
General:
Our 1st pellets plant is located in Phu Ninh province, which is convenient for the transportation of finished products to Cai Lan Port.

- Warehouse capacity: 5.000 MT
- Yard area: 10,000 m2
- Total plant area 70,000 m2
This scale makes our plant, one of the largest wood pellet factory in the North of Vietnam.
Modern production machinery systems and German technology had been adapted by Vietnamese engineers to correspond to Vietnam's production capacity.
Therefore, our equipment is highly adapted to Vietnam's acacia wood materials, and still meets the technical requirements of demanding markets such as Japan and Korea.
2 High Capacity Drum Dryers
Large capacity drying system with modern cage drying technology, ensuring that the dryness of raw materials is always less than 10% moisture.
By using humus and shell materials to burn raw material in drying boilers, we save a lot of production costs, which leads to lowering product prices.
